Nice apartment, nice location.
Cozy pool bar, quiet pool.
In short, had a great vacation
First class suite within a first class complex. Ideally situated in the old town with spectacular views but within easy reach of all the bars and restaurants PDC has to offer. The apartment is true to the description and offers all mod cons and is a real home from home. The Pool Shack at the pool provides excellent home made snacks/drinks and Tony, Louise and Paul are very friendly and helpful. John who manages Suite 15 was great to deal with, communication was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return
We had a fantastic stay at Lago Verde and will definitely return. The apartment is spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The balcony is just wonderful! Lago Verde is a fantastic little complex with a great pool which was never too busy. The Pool Shack is so friendly and great for food and drinks during the day. We loved Puerto del Carmen old town – lots of great restaurants. John has been a brilliant host – very friendly, timely communication. We really cannot recommend this place highly enough
Just back from a wonderful 6 days in suite 15. It matched exactly what we had hoped for, perfect kitchen, livening area, bedrooms and lovely shower. The balcony is superb and can very easily accommodate 5, though there were just 3 adults on our stay.
The apartment was clean on arrival and cleaned whilst we were there. The pool is tremendous too and whilst I didn’t try it to early in the morning it’s refreshing to swim in. I only tried the Shack once but found the food really good and the owners and staff really nice, it’s clearly a hub within the complex.
Finally, John dealt with all requests quickly and expertly. He gave us guidance when we needed it and shared recommendations for places to eat- to many for us to try them all in 6 days! John seems to have nailed the role by offering support when needed but allowing guests to enjoy themselves .My sons both tried water skiing and I am hoping to go back soon, this time With my wife.
This apartment was wonderful, everything it says on the tine (as they say), the location and the views were perfect and it had everything that we needed for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids.
There was a reception which was very helpful, check in was seamless and the host was super efficient with everything.
I will most definitely return and I think that says it all.
