Loved the apartment. Had everything we needed. A good walk away from bars and restaurants on front but we liked it this way.

We are a couple in our 50’s who visit Lanzarote every Xmas for some well needed warmth and sunshine. This year we decided to change from our usual accommodation and decided to give John and Lago Verde apartments a go. We were not disappointed. It is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in at Puerto Del carmen. The apartment is very spacious, modern, well appointed with a beautiful view and spacious terrace. The Lago Verde complex is small, very private with a great pool, with views and a superb pool bar providing drinks and food all day at a very reasonable price. Locally some great bars and restaurants but only a 15 minute walk downhill to the Old Town and a further walk on to the Strip for more bars and restaurants. (Taxi’s are easily available and costs approx. 2.50 euro back up the hill). John is a great host, extremely helpful and prompt with any queries. We cannot recommend Lago Verde enough and will be back soon.
